I explored the usability of the Dyson Airblade Wash + Dry, a sink praised for its innovation. These particular sinks are located in Martha Van Rensselaer Hall at Cornell, the main design building, so it’s a product I’ve had frequent encounters with. My usability experience has often been negative, leading me to analyze the components of the sink that contribute to this frustration.
